Wai K LeongLeong brings with him more than 18 years of experience in the manufacturing, services and retail industries; having had a career that spanned across a wide spectrum of industries, both local and multi-national. In his capacity as a business coach and trainer, he draws from his wide experiences gained in marketing, sales and operations through his previous roles as an engineer, manager, trainer and consultant. He was a Group General Manager of a public listed company. Dr Dennis McConnellDr Denis McConnel is a well known authority in international finance from the University of Maine. He was also Chairman and Vice President for several engineering companies and has served on the consulting staff of Arthur Anderson and the international banking division of American Express (Germany). He received his Doctorate in Buiness Administration from the University of Maryland and his MBA from the University of Chicago. He is on the editorial board of Competitiveness Review, Journal of East-West Business, and the Journal of Transnational Management Development, and has worked with the US Trade and Development program (USTDA), International Executive Service Corps (IESC), and the US Agency for International Development (USAID). An expert in Eastern Europe, Dr McConnel has also served as Team Leader for visiting business delegations to China, and has consulted in the areas of team effectiveness and management education. He has also taught at the National Economics Univerity (Hanoi, Vietnam), and Jakarta Institute of Management (Jakarta, Indonesia). Dr. Chira HongladaromDr Chira Hongladarom is a well known business consultant and academic based in Bangkok as Associate Professor in the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University and Chairman of Asia Pacific Consultants Ltd. He is President of STP&I (Public) Co. Ltd, advisor to Thailand government ministries of Finance and Education and serves on many public committees. He also advises the World Bank and the International Labour Organization. He is the presenter of the monthly television program "Towards the 21st Century", presenter of the documentary "People First", and was a columnist for the Bangkok Post from 1994 to 1995. Educated in Bangkok, New Zealand and the US, Dr Chira received Masters degrees in Economics and Public policy from the University of Wisconson and his Doctorate in Economics from the University of Washington.
