We work with you and use our international connections to provide a top quality final pool of applicants for final interview. All applicants are given a full background check and are assessed on criteria developed between you and us by behavioural and psychological testing. Our consultants are fully accredited by the international psychological associations to administer psychological and aptitude tests. However, our specialty is in applying a more behavioural approach to selection. We work with you in developing the key performance areas of a particular job, and then design selection activities which are designed to test for the ability and potential of applicants to perform these jobs. Techniques we use include Behavioural Interviews, the "Accomplishment Record", Structured Reference Checks, Assessment Centres and In-Basket exercises. All have been developed in Asia to ensure validity and ensure fairness and results to both applicants and recruiters. A full report is furnished for each short listed applicant, and we are willing to assist in the final interview also.
